Tai chi training involves five elements:

• taolu (solo hand and weapons routines/forms)

• neigong and qigong (breathing, movement and awareness exercises and meditation)

• tuishou (Push Hands drills)

• sanshou (Striking techniques).

If you want to join yoga classes in your spare time, we can provide professional yoga teachers. Our yoga teachers have experience of Indian yoga. You can feel the impact of culture in yoga classes.
